A major part of the funding awarded to the Poltair SSP is allocated to training. Training can be for the PE Co-ordinator (PLT), Teaching Assistants, AOTT's (Adults Other Than Teachers) and students. The Partnership holds two training days per school year where the PLTs attend and three family training days, one per term, per school year. The morning is usually for catching up on new projects and updating on current actions, the afternoon sessions are practical based training sessions on different sports or skills.
